TERMS
Terms of use
Last updated 13 September 2026
1. Who we are
Tomorly is a trading name of Tomorly Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17450820. Our registered office is SIU Offices, 4–6 Greatorex Street, London, E1 5NF, United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of the Tomorly beta.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to create or use a Tomorly account.
Tomorly is intended for adults managing their own or their household’s admin.
3. Registration and account responsibility
You register using an email address and password. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account.
4. Email verification
You’ll be asked to verify your email address before using Tomorly fully. We send this verification email through Postmark.
5. Beta status
Tomorly is in beta. Features may change, be added, be removed, or not work as expected. Some capture methods described elsewhere on this site are currently being tested rather than fully available — see our Support page for the current state of each.
6. Acceptable use
Use Tomorly lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service, or submit content you don’t have the right to share.
7. Information you provide
You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you submit or confirm, and for not submitting anyone else’s sensitive information without a proper basis for doing so.
8. Licence to process what you submit
You grant Tomorly Ltd a licence to process what you submit solely to provide the Tomorly service to you — for example, to extract and structure the details of an item you capture, and to remind you about it.
9. Tomorly’s intellectual property
The Tomorly name, brand, app and website are owned by Tomorly Ltd or its licensors. Using Tomorly doesn’t give you any ownership of them.
10. Extraction limitations
Tomorly does not claim perfect recognition. Where it can’t confidently find a detail, it’s designed to leave it blank and ask, rather than guess.
11. Your responsibility to review suggestions
Tomorly supports your judgement; it doesn’t make decisions for you. You’re responsible for reviewing and confirming what Tomorly finds before relying on it.
12. Reminders are not guaranteed
We aim to remind you ahead of a deadline, but reminders depend on factors outside our control (such as device notification settings) and are not guaranteed to arrive.
13. Not a replacement for official notices
Tomorly is an additional personal organisation layer. It does not replace official notices from providers, insurers, government bodies (such as the DVLA) or anyone else you have a direct relationship with.
14. Not legal, financial, insurance or regulatory advice
Tomorly does not provide legal, financial, insurance or regulatory advice. Decisions about your renewals, deadlines and admin remain yours to make.
15. Availability and maintenance
As a beta product, Tomorly may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates or unplanned issues.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end an account that misuses the service or breaches these terms. You can stop using Tomorly, and delete your account, at any time.
17. Account deletion
You can delete your account from Settings. See our Privacy notice for what deletion removes.
18. Packages and limits
Tomorly intends to offer Free, Solo and Together packages with different active-item and automated-processing limits. During the beta, the Free package’s limits apply to everyone, since paid packages are not yet purchasable — see section 19.
19. No purchasing during the beta
No package is currently purchasable, and no payment is taken through Tomorly during the beta.
20. Future billing
If and when paid packages become available, updated terms covering billing, cancellation and refunds will apply before any payment is taken.
21. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, Tomorly Ltd’s liability to you for losses arising from your use of the beta is limited to what’s reasonable in the circumstances of a free, pre-launch beta service.
22. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — meaning you may also be entitled to bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK you live in.
24. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Tomorly develops. We’ll update the date below when we do.
