TOMORLY SUPPORT

How can we help?

Tomorly should make life admin feel lighter. Find help with capturing something important, checking what Tomorly found, setting reminders and managing your account.

Notice early. Explain clearly. Never judge.

Testing Tomorly?

Getting started with Tomorly

Tomorly helps catch renewals, trials and important dates while there is still time to act.

Add something by sharing a screenshot, photographing a letter, uploading a supported file or recording a voice note, or by entering it manually.

New information appears in Caught. Review the details, correct anything that needs attention and confirm the reminder when you are happy.

Capturing something

Choose a capture method from the home screen: a screenshot or photo from your library, a photo taken inside the app, a supported file, a voice note, or manual entry.

Once you send something, Tomorly processes it and pulls out the details it can find — this usually takes a few moments.

If processing is taking longer than expected

Stay on the screen or check back shortly — the item will appear in Caught once it’s ready. If it doesn’t appear, you can retry the same capture or enter the details yourself.

If Tomorly can’t read something useful

You’ll be able to fill in the details yourself. Tomorly is built around one principle: if it cannot find a detail, it should leave it blank and ask for your help rather than guess. It does not claim perfect recognition.

Retrying or entering something manually

You can always retry a capture, or switch to manual entry and type in the provider, date, amount and action yourself.

Forwarding an email

You can forward an individual email to Tomorly and it will be processed the same way as any other capture. Forward one message at a time, rather than a whole thread — supported attachments on that message are reviewed along with the body of the email.

The forwarded item should appear in Caught shortly afterwards. If it doesn’t, check that you forwarded the original message (not just a reply) and that any attachments were included. Forwarding the same email more than once shouldn’t create duplicate items.

Forwarding an email to Tomorly only gives it that message — it does not give Tomorly ongoing access to your inbox.

Screenshots, photos and files

You can select an existing screenshot or photo, take a photo inside the app, or choose a supported file. The first time you do this, Tomorly will ask for permission to access your photos or camera — you can change this later in your iPhone’s Settings.

Once it’s processed, review the text and evidence Tomorly found before confirming anything.

For the clearest result, keep the document flat, include the full date or amount and avoid shadows across the text.

If an image is dark, blurred, cropped or incomplete

Retry with a clearer photo where possible — better lighting and a flatter angle usually help. This is about the image, not you: a difficult photo doesn’t mean you’ve done anything wrong, and you can always finish the details manually.

Very large files or long documents

Extremely large files, or scans with a lot of pages, may take longer to process, or may need to be split into smaller parts. If a file won’t process, try a smaller version or enter the details manually.

Voice notes

Tomorly can ask for microphone and speech-recognition permission so you can record a voice note instead of typing. Start recording, describe what you want to add, then stop when you’re done.

Tomorly transcribes the recording so you can review it as text. If any words look wrong, you can correct them before confirming — the same way you’d correct a suggestion from any other capture method.

If transcription isn’t available for any reason, you can always fall back to typing the details manually. See our privacy notice for how voice recordings are handled.

Reviewing what Tomorly found

Whatever you send in, Tomorly presents suggested information for you to review — it doesn’t treat anything as final until you confirm it. You can inspect the supporting evidence behind a suggestion, and any field Tomorly is uncertain about, or where two sources disagree, is marked so you notice it.

Every important field can be edited. A blank field doesn’t necessarily mean nothing was found — check the evidence before filling it in yourself. If a critical date is uncertain, Tomorly asks you to confirm it before turning it into a reminder.

Tomorly supports your judgement. It does not make the decision for you.

Reminders and notifications

Tomorly asks for permission to send notifications so it can remind you ahead of a deadline. You can choose how much notice you’d like for a given item.

If notifications are turned off

If notifications are off, open your iPhone’s Settings, find Tomorly and allow notifications. You can come back and enable them at any time.

Changing when you’re reminded

Open the item and adjust its reminder timing — editing an item’s date or details reschedules its reminders to match. Marking an item as handled, or deleting it, cancels any reminders still pending for it.

Reminders currently arrive as notifications on your device, not by email.

Caught, Coming up and Handled

CAUGHT

New information, uncertain details and items awaiting a decision.

COMING UP

Confirmed future commitments and deadlines.

HANDLED

Things you’ve cancelled, renewed, returned, paid or otherwise sorted.

An item moves from Caught to Coming up once its details are confirmed, and into Handled once you record what actually happened. If something lands in the wrong place — for example an item that’s already been dealt with still shows as Coming up — open it and correct its status directly.

Account and sign-in

Tomorly signs you in with a secure link sent to your email address, rather than a password to remember. If a sign-in link expires before you use it, request a fresh one and use the newest link you’re sent.

If you don’t receive a sign-in link, check your spam folder and try again. For security, we don’t confirm whether a particular email address has a Tomorly account.

You can sign out from Settings at any time. If you need help with access, email support and include the email address you use for Tomorly.

Privacy and deletion

Tomorly only uses what you send it — a forwarded email, a photo, a file or a voice note — to find the details of that item. Some of that processing happens on your device; anything that needs to reach Tomorly’s systems to complete the capture is handled as described in our privacy notice.

If you contact support, please don’t include sensitive documents, passwords or payment details in your message — describe the problem instead, and we’ll ask if we need more.

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. This removes your Tomorly data; if any part of that runs as a background job, it may take a short time to complete rather than happening instantly.

Read the full Privacy notice and Terms for more detail.
